You give notice by e-mail. Enter your details below and the button opens a ready message in your mail app. Give a reason only if you want to.

Before you send
- We accept notice by e-mail. We will reply with a confirmation and the date your contract ends.
- An OPEN contract concluded from 21.10.2026 runs for a minimum of 12 weeks, which is 3 billing periods of 4 weeks.
- Give notice in the first 8 weeks? The contract ends after week 12.
- Give notice later? The contract ends at the end of the billing period following the one in which we received your message. The notice period is then 4 to 8 weeks.
- OPEN contracts concluded before 21.10.2026 stay on the previous terms. Only the form changes: you send notice by e-mail too.
Fill in and send
The button opens a ready message in your mail app. You send it from your own account, so a copy stays in your Sent folder.
Drop-in and the 4-class pass expire at the end of the pass’s validity (§ 4 section 3 of the Terms).
Today by default. The notice period counts from the day we receive your message.

Pass bought online?
A consumer may withdraw from the contract without giving a reason within 14 days of concluding it (§ 6 of the Terms). The message contains the statement from the statutory model. Add your address and the date of the contract.
