Licensed BODYART instructor · personal trainer

I have taught group classes since 2002 and personal training since 2005. I have been at CrossFit Wilanów since 2020. Teaching people movement has always been my great passion. I have always been very active myself, and sharing my own experience gave me, and still gives me, a sense of satisfaction and purpose. I studied economics at the University of Szczecin. I hold professional qualifications as a recreational movement and fitness instructor and as a personal trainer. I have attended many fitness workshops and conventions in Poland and abroad. For 11 years I have been a licensed BODYART instructor, I completed an ICF coaching course and Dr Stacy Sims' "Menopause 2.0" training. I teach BODYART group classes and personal training. I most like working with people who want to improve their quality of life and health, with people who are only starting to think about physical activity, and with those who need a change and a different view of movement. My greatest passion is life and the human being, so I am interested in everything to do with the mind, the body and the soul, meaning a person's energy. I spend my free time actively, talking to people or to myself. Time spent actively with the people closest to me gives me the most joy. I am happiest when I can spend time freely, in play mode, with no clock.

My coaching philosophy

I teach movement because my mission is to improve other people’s quality of life. Training is one of the best tools for self-knowledge, a sense of agency, and emotional and physiological self-regulation. Educating people through movement gives me a sense of purpose.

Values

  • Commitment
  • Honesty
  • Regularity

My standard

From me you always get suitability, honesty, commitment and safety.

What I expect from the people I coach

I have no expectations of the people I coach. I believe that in every session they give as much as they are able to.

How I teach

I choose the way of teaching individually, but most often I demonstrate, give cues, ask how it feels and explain why I ask for a particular movement. I like to use comparisons or call on the imagination, so you can picture the sensation at the level of the mind.

If the first session scares you

When you are afraid of something, you reach for courage and do it anyway.
