AWF postgraduate (Relaxation and Yoga) · The Gymnastics Course Level 1
I have been at CrossFit Wilanów since 2022. Sport has always been part of my life, only its forms changed: first handball, aerobic sport at university, then a few years of pole dance. I came to CrossFit at the urging of friends and I have felt at home here ever since. Along the way I did a postgraduate course in yoga at AWF, which complements CrossFit very well. My training includes AWF Warsaw (Relaxation and Yoga), The Gymnastics Course Level 1, TKKF Toruń (recreational movement instructor, Hatha Yoga specialisation), PST (Flexibility & Mobility), IFAA Poland (Stretching), Akademia Terapii (fascial stretching), Alter Pilates Education (reformer Pilates) and Malva stretching (Power Stretch, bridges and backbends workshops). I teach stretching, mobility and personal training. I work with anyone who needs to improve their range of motion and wants to feel free in their body. Outside the club I sometimes teach yoga at kitesurfing camps, since I kitesurf myself. I also like surfing, skiing, cycling and hiking in the mountains. I am happiest when I see my clients' progress in stretching. That is when I see the point of this work, and it gives me extra energy.

My coaching philosophy
I like it when you can use your own range of motion consciously and fully, so the body is agile, flexible, strong and healthy. I want to show people that stretching does not hurt: the body just shows where tension has built up. And I finally understand the saying that if you do what you love, you cannot call it work.
Values
- Technique: I pay attention to correct technique in every exercise.
- Enjoyment: I try to show that stretching can be pleasant and, in the longer run, leads to relaxation.
My standard
You get my full attention and training tailored to your individual needs.
What I expect from the people I coach
Regular training, because that is when it brings the biggest results.
How I teach
During class I keep showing what we are doing and explaining why we do it that way. That makes it easier to find the point of a given exercise and understand what it is for. I also remind you to focus on your breath and to build awareness of your own body.
If the first session scares you
I try to explain that stretching is a pleasure. We do nothing by force: step by step we move the limit, “asking” the body for new ranges.
