Nicole Krawczyk

CrossFit Level 2 Trainer

I have coached at CrossFit Wilanów since 2024. I have always loved to move: I snowboarded, rode horses and trained calisthenics. I first walked into a CrossFit box in 2017, while living in China, and knew straight away I had found something for me. Lifting, gymnastics, metcons, boxes and the rope: that variety has kept me in the box ever since. At the club I coach CrossFit and TEENs classes, in Polish and in English. I most enjoy working with beginners, because I remember my own first push-up and my first pull-up. Outside the box I like long hikes with a backpack and a tent, the Rolling Stones, farm breakfasts and rare steaks. I am happiest under a barbell, or with a backpack on and miles of trail still ahead.

My coaching philosophy

I get on with everyone, but above all with people who have just walked into our club for the first time. I envy them knowing that their first push-up or first pull-up is still ahead of them. I remember mine, and I know how that small, huge win tastes.

Mission

I build fitness that gives you strength for everyday challenges, the courage to try new things and the freedom to explore the world. I want the people I coach not only to get stronger and fitter, but also to enjoy what their bodies can do.

Values

  • Patience
  • Joy of movement
  • Consistency
  • Courage

My standard

I come prepared, patient and attentive. I give myself and the people I coach time to learn, and I make sure training brings satisfaction and the joy of movement. I keep a steady eye on quality and safety, and I am not afraid to take on challenges, admit mistakes and keep growing as a coach.

What I expect from the people I coach

Openness to learning, patience with their own progress and consistency. I want them to take on challenges that match what they can do, not to be afraid to try, and to enjoy finding out what they are capable of.

How I teach

I show, I explain and I let people experiment. I want them to understand a movement, but also to feel it and discover what their body can do. I give specific cues, help fix mistakes and match the challenge to the person. I create an atmosphere where it is fine to try, not to know, not to be able to do something yet, and to start from zero. I want people to leave a session not only fitter, but with more belief in themselves and an appetite for the next one.

If the first session scares you

You don’t need to be in shape to start. Just come, training is there to build it.
