// Questions
Before you sign up
Is it really free?
Yes, if this is your first visit to CrossFit Wilanów. Once you sign up, you take part in one class of your choice and in the Sunday talk at no charge. Any earlier visit counts, including a drop-in or a trial class.
I train with you, or I have been before. Can I come?
Yes, as a paid class: book it in the eFitness app like any other class, on your pass or as a drop-in. The form on this page is only for people coming for the first time.
I have never trained. Which class should I pick?
CrossFit, Kettlebells or Stretching. The coach sets loads and exercise versions for you, so you start at your own level.
Can I bring someone?
Yes, everyone signs up separately. Children and teenagers aged 11+ are welcome at CrossFit TEENs: sign your child up under their name with your own phone and e-mail. TEENs is for young people only; a parent picks another class.
Can I just drop by without signing up?
No. Every class here needs a booked place, on the Open Day too. The club is small and close-knit: groups of up to 12 let us keep the quality high.
What should I bring?
Comfortable clothes and clean indoor shoes. You can buy water here. Add a positive attitude and an open mind.
Where do I park?
The underground car park in ALTO, 1.5 h free. Get your ticket validated at the club reception.
Can’t make it that weekend? Start with a first class at a time that suits you.
